Let's see some pics of custom tactical folders. I'm curious if I need to look outside the production world.

Good idea for a thread, we don't see enough folders, let alone "Tacticals"

Pretty sure this would qualify. A Cobra Prototype by Phil Boguszewski, Blue G10, Devon Thomas Damascus, Hawk Lock.

David Mosier medium creep folder in s35vn with ikbs. It's great

Win, that Cobra prototype is killer! I would love to have a Cobra with stainless Damasteel. I wonder if Phil would ever consider making something like that on order?

Here is my somewhat more pedestrian Bogie which I posted recently in another forum. Orange G10 scales and backspacer and orange peel finish bolster. And of course, it operates like an ansolute dream. I love it.

Met Jens at Blade, liked his work, and put my name on his list. When it came up last year, I knew I wanted a Haddock, just wasn't sure how to dress it up. Jens had a couple of nice pieces of Devin's Sharkstooth damascus available that would work for this design. I ask if there was something we could do a little different for scales, and Jens said he had not done a full scale in bronze before. So, here it is:

I really like the way it turned out. Coop did his magic for us.

Here is my favorite tactical folder, a Boguszewski Mini Cobra with a 3" Devin Thomas Spirograph Damascus blade, Timascus bolsters and some great pearl scales. From the Solvang 2010 show.

check out Jeremy Horton Knives and JK Knives. they both have subforums right here on BFC and both make exceptional folders.

I'm afraid to ask how much these cost. If you guys don't mind revealing that info, it would be interesting to know.

^^^ Interesting, yes. But.... Not a forum to discuss pricing. Out of bounds.

Here's one of mine.

I'm going to post it in my other thread, too.
