What a great bunch you got there! I can see how that cigar patten could be useful day to day. Definitely my style. I like the swell in the center and choice of shield alot. Here is my Don Southard collection at it's peak. I discovered Don's work in the last year, and absolutely fell in love. He digs up some cool old patterns for inspiration, and uses a lot of carbon steel, which is always a plus for me, and hard to find in customs. Don doesn't make a lot of knives, and I've started to feel like a bit of a hoarder lately, so I've recently let the Zulu and culpepper jigged Wharnchester go to new, loving homes.

And here's an open picture of my two favorites from the group. The cigar pattern is pretty much my ideal knife and in my pocket on most days. The small boys knife was inspired by an old Hibbard Spencer Bartlett & Co catalog and it's so unique, I just had to have it. 2 1/2" closed, but has shocked me with how useful of a tool it is!

Thank you. I have started to become more picky as my collection has grown, and am really appreciating the quality of custom makers.Beautiful collection. I have knife envy!
Moran's blades are among the best around.
Absolutely stunning.I did a blind swap (I'll make a knife for you if you make one for me) with the talented slipjoint makerSean Yaw
He is happy with the fixed blade I made for him and I recieved this beauty!
Bronze liners, brass bolsters and pins with rosewood scales. All will patina darker and will pick up character over time.
I'm very happy with this knife!
