I've been trying for several weeks to get info on a handle replacement from Scrap Yard Knife Works. I know those folks are busy so I just waited and sent off another email every week or so. It seems SYKW just added a customer service rep to their company. Her name is Renee and I think she came over from Busse. I emailed Renee my question and had an answer back in only a few minutes.
