Customer Service Vote!

Cold Steel, Buck, Camillus, and Newt Livesay all have outstanding customer service in my experiance. Spyderco is okay, I guess. They are a bit slow, and charge you to make repairs that other companies will do for free. At least they offer to repair the item.
