Ditto on this. Jason is great to work with. Couldn't say enough good about Brous Blades. Responded extremely quickly to emails and even spoke to him directly a couple times. Great guy.

Have to also tip my hat to Burchtree. Fantastic customer service.
 
I have nothing but praise for Emerson and Benchmade's CS. Microtech's CS is good but their turnaround time can be several weeks. Have not yet encountered a company with poor CS.
