Don't get me wrong, I love the show. My girlfriend even likes it, and she is not a fan of knives. It is like watching Honey BooBoo, good for a chuckle, but junk food for the brain. I like how enthusiastic the guy is about every single set of knives. I think at least once every episode he says something along the lines of, "Folks, don't miss out ...this is the BEST deal we have ever offered!" ...gets me every time, lol.
