Hello all.

I'm new to this part of Bladeforums, but I had a question I thought you folks might be able to help me with: Has anyone had experience with placing international orders (ie: outside the U.S.) with Cutlery Shoppe?

I want to order an exclusive item from them, but I live in Canada, and since I haven't ordered from this company before I want to try to get a feel for how they handle foreign orders. I've read through quite a few threads about them and they seem to get overwhelmingly positive reviews from folks inside the U.S.

Can anyone outside of the U.S. share their experience with Cutlery Shoppe? Thanks in advance!

I have ordered from them once, and it was a good experience. I had to wait a while for them to get the knife back in stock, but at the price they had I could wait. From what I recall the shipping charge wasnt shown at check out, but was perfectly reasonable at the end.
I would recommend them.

Awesome! Thanks for your reply.

I have ordered from Jeff at Cutlery Shoppe about 10 times. He is great to deal with, expect great customer service.

I've ordered from CS but he's not really geared up for international orders. I usually get a friend in the US to help me out.

Jeff is A-1 in my book. I must have ordered from him about 3-4 times, all smooth. I've even returned a knife once, and he had no issue with that and the refund and was nice (I did pay for the return shipping).

They accept paypal and will work with you on shipping methods.

He's my go-to-shop (although he doesn't have all the latest models) since he accepts paypal (I wish NGK would).

Thanks everyone for sharing your experiences. I just placed a preorder with Jeff at Cutlery Shoppe - hopefully the most difficult part will be the wait. :D

Thanks again!
