I've ordered from Jeff at Cutlery Shoppe at least 10 times. His prices are great, everything has shipped fast (usually the day I place the order) and has been well packaged. He even replies when you ask him questions!

I also wanted to chime in and give props to CS! I have had several purchases from them, flawless. My last purchase had a knife with subpar QC. I made the return with no hassles, my card was credited back the same day USPS said the package was delivered.

I concur that they are great. My wife ordered me 2 knives for Christmas from them. The Pacific Salt was out of stock so they called personally and offered the black blade version at the regular version cost!
