I bought a Spyderco Military from these guys and the service was excellent:thumbup: Quickly shipped and the best price I could find on the Military. They also sent me Spyderco product guide to boot... I highly recommend them.

Agreed. Jeff and Cutlery Shoppe are top notch and really set the bar when it comes to price, service and communication.

I have made two purchases there and have bee well satisfied.

I've bought 10+ knives from them and have been extremely happy with them. They are my go to knife store now.

I used to live near Boise. They would have an annual "sidewalk sale" and I've seen people walk away after writing a $500 check! They had great deals and I miss visiting the small storefront they had then. They are good folks to deal with.

Due to the high demand for Manix 2, my order was delayed, and I didn't see the message on the website that indicated this.
To make matters worse, I somehow ended up using 2 different email addresses and missed a very polite message from Jeff.
Cutlery Shoppe will certainly get my business, asJeff was very patient about my mis-communication.

Please disregard the earlier comments - as stated above, Cutley Shoppe is a great business to deal with.
Humble apologies...

Petros, first of all I am sure your credit card has not been charged, because that is the way Jeff works: you get charged when your order is ready to ship.
In the case of international shipping, things are not that easy: rates vary a lot from one country to another, as well as customs and knife legislation. You must understand that the seller does not want to risk having the knife seized and then face a CC dispute.
They take their time so that they do not feel sorry later. I order 90% of my new Spydercos from Cutlery Shoppe and have not had a single problem with them.
If it is safe to ship the knife you ordered to your country, they will ship it.
