I ordered a bunch of stuff from cutleryshoppe (a delica4 trainer, spyderco sharpmaker), and things went really smooth. Jeff kept me posted about the non-availability of the trainer, and offered an endura trainer instead. The shipping, delivery, and communication was flaw-less. Not to mention very competitive prices he has.

Oh, and Jeff included the 2010 Spyderco catalog, which was sweet!

Instead of starting a new thread I'll just add on to this one.

Jeff is definitely great to deal with. I called him late on Monday afternoon (which was a holiday so USPS was closed) and asked him if he had some things in stock, he said he did. I placed the order online and decided after about an hour that I wanted to add something. Called him and he said no problem.

Fast forward to today Thursday, when I got home from work there was my package in the mail box. I can't say how pleased I am with Jeff. He definitely knows what customer service is. And I have to say he had the best prices I found.

If you're looking for anything check with him, you won't be disappointed. His site is here:

Yeah, this dude is tops where Spyderco is concerned. I'm amazed at some of his prices and availability concerning Spyderco. I think there's two loading docks at the Spyderco plant in Golden. One is marked "outgoing - general" and the other is marked "outgoing - cutleryshoppe PRIORITY". This dude gets everything. Don't buy ANYTHING Spyderco until you check cutleryshoppe FIRST. Chances are you'll save a few bucks and you'll be the first kid on your block with the newest Spydie. Amazing merchant. Hall of fame caliber.
