I received my Swayback Jack today and really like it. No surprises but this is the best feeling/looking Case I've owned yet. What a bargain too.

Very nice knife and great pics.
Something about a swayback just gets me drooling.

It's a great knife. I just got one and love it. It feels just right in the hand and fingers. Great action too.

I'm liking mine too. I wish it were just a tad larger, with a longer blade. Not crazy about the warhncliffe either...but it has kicked every other folder out of my pocket. It just feels so stout and awesome. I've already got a bit of a patina from cutting a few pieces of fruit to eat with it. The feeling of the halfstops and the built like a tank vibe from it is very addicting. It's also incredibly sheeple friendly.

Yeah my Boss is a 6'2" 275lb Outdoorsman type and he freaked when I brought in my Orange Military a while back but got a smile on his face when he saw the pretty bone handled swayback.

That's got some nice color to it and I'm glad to see you are breaking it in properly.

EVERYBODY should own one of those knives!! Bodacious in every way!

bought one about 6 months ago and have hardly carried anything else since.

I think the Case Chestnut CV Swayback is almost a mandatory pattern to own for hanging out here.
Show your swayback to the bouncer at the door and he'll let you in to Carl's Lounge. :D

So it's not a peanut or sodbuster that gets me through? Darn it...:grumpy:

And yes, the swayback jack is a great pattern, despite not being my cup of tea.

Nice pics. I just ordered one of the CV Sway Backs. All the great reviews have convinced me to get one. I recently picked up a Case Bose Norfolk, so my interest in slip joints is renewed.

Where is a good place to order one? I have really grown to like the Swayback design since getting my Menafee but refuse to put it in my checked baggage when travelling.

I guess mandatory is too harsh. Let's just say it gets you a free chaser with the beer of your choice.

Seriously I kept reading so many great reviews on this little guy that I had to see what the fuss was all about. I really like it as my dress up/Sunday-go-to-meeting knife.

I wasn't so sure about this one until I actually held it in hand. Solid little knife. The perfect size for EDC. And it scared hair off my arm right out of the box.

Please contact DepMur directly with any suggestions in order to avoid conflict with terms of service. Thanks.

Sorry, but 3-1/4" is just too small for my liking. Does my 3-5/8" CV Texas Jack qualify me for the lounge? I sure hope so.

If Case would make that swayback on a 3-3/4" frame (give or take and eighth), with Wharnie main and pen or small clip as secondary blade in CV, I'd probably own every handle material they made it in. Just my preference for slightly larger knives.
