Waters receding , neighbor came across on his tractor, so i should be able to get out of here in the morning to see how the rest of the world has faired................
 
A friend in Nashville is talking about 14 inches of rain in 24 hours.
Tornado sirens all night long.
But, the lightning and thunder are AMAZING.

when thunder roars stay indoors,,is a saying we hear and use alot in lightning protection.
I can't help being fascinated by thunder and lightning and stay out in it as much as possible,,,,but tornado chasers those guys are crazy!!
 
Clarkesville flooded when I lived there as a kid, around 1973-4. Red river and Cumberland rivers conjoin there. It was bad. Sorry, Carto.
