Was riding my bike yesterday near a
Steel Forging plant when they
happen to roll out a few chunks of
steel fresh from a pour.
![]()
this was about as close as I could get to it,
it was still really hot.
![]()
it rolls out from that door in the backround,
that is where you sometimes can see them pouring the
red hot molten steel from the huge crucibles
into giant ingots.
![]()
anyway,it was something cool to see...
Maybe 1 is for pepper and
the other is for Brians new battle cleaver?

Its looking more and more like my Plan B is lost in the morass that is the Iraqi mail forwarding system. I know it showed up to the last FOB I was at, now it is MIA between there and here. Sad day.

Unless Blade is ever hosted somewhere in Western-Europe, chances are very slim I'll be able to make it,,,
@Pepper: you won't regrett getting an XM-18 ! Which size did you get ?
It's an alltogether (bit) bigger knife,,, to me the 3.5" feels best in hand, but it might be bit too big and heavy for EDC,,, depends on your local laws and sheeple, I guess,,,
@11aabn: I'm sending positive vibes, mang,,, I'm sure the Plan B will show up !
