Thrillbilly, I saw your photobucket account got nuked for exceeding bandwith. If you don't mind my asking, how many pics did you have stored before you went over?

Does flickr not have those restrictions?

I've got a decent number of pics and I don't want to lose them all (I assume that's what happens, or at least lose access to them).

I don't understand why people have such problems with pictures not showing up with photobucket. It never happens to me and I use the crap out of my account. I post pictures on more than one website pretty much daily.

I wonder if you get more bandwidth with older accounts? I have been using my free account for over 10 years and have never had it say exceeded bandwidth even one time. Every picture I have ever posted here is hosted in that account. I have about 40 pages of pictures on my account.

Don't mean to sound angry or like I am saying other people are stupid or something. I just don't get why I never have problems like other people with photobucket. I would be setting up a flicker account too if mine were disappearing.

I have so many photos posted on various forums. I have a paid Photobucket account. Works out great for me...

I dont like flickr..Looks like a PITA. I think Im just gonna buy a PB account.

My second PB account was exceeding bandwidth in less then a month...and I have very few pics on that one. I have no idea how it works. I used my first PB account on several websites for last 3-4 years and it JUST exceeded my bandwidth...and I had almost 100 pages of pics.

I guess I will go Pro just to save hassle.

If you look at their sign up page, it says unlimited photo uploading

I remember seeing that when I signed up too. I wonder if they really mean "unlimited" only with a paid account?

from what I understand...its not # of pics u have, its the # of times they're viewed/used??? I have no clue really..I dont even really know what ''bandwidth'' is.

Bandwidth = the data used every time someone views the picture, whether it's by loading it on a forum post or pulling it up directly. When you get a paid PB account, you get the advantage of having unlimited bandwidth from you albums, rather than 10GB per month on standard. You must have a ton of pics posted all over the place to go over 10GB per month.

I have a friend who recently had a son. His last name is Butcher....he named his son Axe. Axe Butcher. He tried to make his middle name "wielding" but the mom wasn't having it...... Not a joke.

Alright people, put your heads together and find me what I want. Celtic punk, like Flogging Molly or the Dropkick Murphy's, but I want a lot of bagpipes in it. Winner gets, well, my gratitude, and a thank you.

Have you ever tried using Pandora internet radio? I have found some new bands i liked using that. There is a whole science about how it suggests what you might like. Pretty cool. You might be able to pick a few bands that you like and it might find you some more. Plus its free if you don't mind listening to adds every once in a while.
