Daddies with daughters

I've already got my plan...I'll just make sure I'm cleaning my Super Blackhawk or Stoeger coach gun in the living room when the boys come over.
I did this a few months ago, exept it was when my little sister's boyfriend was coming over. I was cleaning my Remington 870 tactical. I made sure I racked the slide nice and loud a few times when I was done.

I have two daughters and no sons. out of my four dogs, only one is male.

I've always drawn the line at makeup, but when my girls were little and I had hair, they liked to "sneak up" on me and put hair clips in my hair. I then had to acted surprised, when I found the hair clips. A stick family wouldn't bother me, unless the stick dad had hair clips.

My oldest daughter, Piglettooth, is girly but, she does like knives and guns. She has made her own knife, and comes to the Blade Show with me every year. When she got a scholarship to Alabama, I was so proud. Then she took my FFBM 2007 SE to Tuscaloosa. That almost hurt as much as her leaving.

My youngest daughter, loves pink, is indiffferent about knives, and loves guns. I'm afaid if I don't get her an AR, she will take mine. We got her a heavy bag for Christmas (she asked for it) and after seeing her hit it, I think she might be ready for Chris Cyborg. Her right hook would drop Brock Lesner.

I got 2 boy's and a girl. The boy's are pretty easy to manage, the girl.............aint. She is a spoiled brat, big mouth, disrepectful, lazy and generally crazy. I have never seen a human being that can talk as much, and as fast as she can and can easily tie up the phone and computer at the same time as she talk's and types. She is 13 and want's a car, a horse, ever electronic device ever concieved of, want's to color her hair every color under the sun, every expensive item of clothing made, did I mention Jewelery. She does like Busse knives..... expensive, blue ones, her favorite color. My favorite word to her is..........NO............. and she hear's that a lot. If you have 3 girl's, you might as well start digging your grave, as your going to need it when they hit their teen's. Oh, and I hope your not allergic to perfume and hairspray like I am. :)

My baby girl is just 6 months old and I have already gotten her first Busse (HACK bear cub); will see what my wife says when she starts to use the HACK. My baby girl is my life and my happiness and I am hoping she will like daddy's collections.

I don't have any kids yet (THANK GOD) but I do have three nieces. They have already learned that when they start dating, it is not there dad they take the boys to, it is uncle Josh. :D

They are 5,7 and 9. They all like to look at the sword on my pack. ( B11) lol They also ask me why I always wear shirts with a scary pig on it. :p

I have 7 and 10 year old girls. For years the oldest was pink crazy and the youngest followed along. Luckily for me they love guns and knives. I have 2 Ruger 10-22 compacts one with a wood stock that has been painted hot pink and a special run of pink laminate. Every year at the blade show I was tasked to find a knife in either pink or purple. I have for each: pink Delicas, perriwinkle blue Delicas (lavinder), pink Cupidvores, Pink ESEE Izulas, pink Kabar Dozier folders, off the top of my head.

Neat story about the perriwinkle Delicas. 10 years ago, Spyderco had a specail run of "blue" Delicas. I ordered one for me and one for my uncle. They both arrived literally the day my oldest daughter was born and they were lavender. Spyderco called it perriwinkle. Two days after my second daughter was born, I bought the second one back from my uncle.

My oldest has now gotten away from pink so there is hope for all of you guys that can't stand it. She still likes her pink tools still but prefers shades of green.....like camo! She also likes lime green and saw a pick of a green Izula that she begged for. She started hunting small game and deer this year so I have added a Mossberg 510 mini 20 gauge for small game and another one in .410 for deer (she can't handle slugs out of the 20 yet.) I think I'll have to paint em camo this summer to apease her.

Oh did I mention they both throw tomahawks too! I can't wait until we can all hunt pheasants together.

I will pull a Will Smith in Bad Boys 2 when the kid comes to take the daughter and he acts drunk with his glock. I have some crazy friends to help me play the part.
I've already got my plan...I'll just make sure I'm cleaning my Super Blackhawk or Stoeger coach gun in the living room when the boys come over.

I have 2 daughters as well 18 and 17. They have both been my hunting and camping buddies since the were small. They never went in for pink guns or knives, I have to be careful when I get a new knife or one of them will claim it as her own. The oldest has her own gun safe and knife collection, the younger has her guns and knives in my safe. The oldest wanted a glock26 for christmas this year. She is a second degree black belt, a regional winner for her age category in cowboy action shooting and just received a full 4yr scholarship from the US Army. They youngest is a brown belt and likes to read and draw and paint more than hunting and shooting. They have both been a blessing and a blast to be around while they grow up. I couldn't be more proud of them.

Now boys I don't worry as much about, the oldest had one get handy with her, when she wasn't interested in that and beat his ass up with a tennis racket.

I also have 3 kids all girls 18,13,and 3 feel your pain new 32cal kel tec just recieved pink breast cancer awerness grips wife has pink Izulu.

I have 3 girls, 8, 5 and 4. I cant have any man stuff that hasnt been taken over by one of the 4 girls in my life. My wife just put a little stick family on my back windshield. I had to make one of my glocks pink. I am ordered to find a pink knife (know of any lol) Anyway I was fine with that but I just got a male dog today and my 4 year old puts a dang pink collar on him.. Poor dog has to put up with it now. Is there any relief?? Haha I love my girls

What say you?

There is relief. Like you, I have three daughters -- and one boy.

The boy can help keep you sane.;)

Sadly, they have all grown up. They're all adults now and pretty much on their own.

One warning -- when they do finally move on, out, and up -- it gets lonely.

I got lucky with all that, my daughter is a tomboy.

Sorry for all the pics. I'm a very proud daddy.

Great pictures!! I love to see girls brought up not to be afraid of a little dirt. That's how I was brought up, and I wouldn't change it for anything! I can keep up with all the guys at the shop now :D

My youngest daughter is a girly-girl, but she loves outdoors and the tools to make it fun.

When my little girl was 19 her then-current boyfriend told me that he and a couple of his friends had taken Kim out the previous weekend to "teach her how to shoot." I grinned and asked him "just how did that go for y'all?"
"She embarrassed us, badly." He replied.

And she was the one I had to go get several times at high school, suspended for fighting, not my son.

I have a daughter and 2 sons. My girl is a princess. If you don't believe me just ask her, she'll tell you. This year she has finally shown an interest in hunting and camping so I jumped all over it. Got her a shotgun, a 22, and a knife. Now she is ready to go. By the time hunting season comes around next year she will be 9 and she will be ready.

HAHAHA thats funny!!! I love my girls but its hard coming from a mans world to a woman's. I was on a job once with a bunch of ruff neck construction guys, I was singing "straw ba ba ba ba berry straw berry shortcake, that girls so cute" I looked up everyone on the pad had stopped working and had this look on their face I will never forget... I looked around realized what I was singing and turned red! I screamed get back to work!!! They still dont let me live that down..

Has your male dog been fixed.. yet?

No daughters here yet... but I did help raise my two little sisters (by a decade) after our dad passed away when they were little. I love them dearly, but that experience made me wait 20 years to have my own and I was very happy for my first to be a boy.

Pink knife was the question I can actually address, and it was mentioned earlier, the pink scrapivore, aka the Cupidvore is one of my wife's favorites.
