Dagger fans?

FS1Pattern ww2 is mine favorit

it is the etching on the reverse of your 1st pattern FS knife that is the important bit. I tried to get Wilkinson Sword to make me and authentic Mk 1 FS knife. They made it with the original first pattern, square ricasso blade from old WW11 stock, with the WS etching on one side, but not G crown R on the reverse. I was worth a try and I didn't realise until I had it for 3 years.

I have two other authentic FS fighting knives, and recently purchased a Kershaw fighting knife that was used by a UK marine in the first Gulf war.

Love those Eks. I just recently dipped my toes into the Ek pond... Got one of the BRKT-made Ek model 2 knives. Great price, Great knife.
Don't have a camera, though......

I like daggers! I make two models now, one is my interpretation of the German WWI trench dagger and the other I call the Roswell Dagger... here's a pic of the Roswell Titanium grips and one with Cocobolo grips...

How do you get those double images? Please explain for dummies (me)

thanks,

A. G.

AG, I'm sorry I don't have an easy answer for you, but it's all done in Photoshop. I take some straight forward pics and then in Photoshop I put the different views in seperate layers. I then make a composition of the layers to get as much info as I can in one pic.

AG, I have to tell you that when I first started working in Photoshop the pics that I most wanted to emulate were the pics from your catalog and website. BTW, they are done with the same technique that I use now.

I've always liked the insidious sexy little bastards . Still have my 1968 Gerber MKII , loved the Al Mar Fang etc , etc . All that said - they leave me very cold for practicality .
