Daily Knife and Gun preference

Thank you.
Yes, I am pleased with the knife.
The options I chose are subtle but were selected to match my Bersa.
I was lucky in that the shade of olive drab on both matched so well.
The Build-a-Grip option is a bit pricey but I felt it was worth it.
The knife came with both the blade centered and consistent and equal bevels.
No QC issues.

Great news and glad to hear you are happy with the results. Does appear to
be a bit steeply priced but I can think of worse ways to spend money. Just wish
they offered the Ritter blade as an option on the build a grip.

Although the fit and finish are not quite as good as my PPK/S, the Bersa is more reliable, is more accurate and the magazine holds more rounds (8 vs 7). The Bersa has become my primary concealed carry instead of being my secondary gun.

Glad to hear it's working well for you. Bersa has a hard time dealing with constant pressure from the government (we've had twenty years of anti-gun governments of different flavours) and they keep making a decent product at a price that folks down here can afford. Most people in Argentina get a Bersa .22 as their first firearm. I had one of the old steel frame ones and it was really nice. It's nice to see they can compete in the US market, which is full of great options.

I carry a Taurus 9mm PT111 Millennium pistol and a Custom Bud Nealy Aikuchi, both have been daily companions for nearly 10 years.

I carried a Millennium in .45 ACP for a couple years. Though Taurus has gotten some flak(pun intended) over the years, they do make a decent auto.

I ride my bicycle to church and really love this combination.

LC9 in a fanny pac and the extremely lightweight Pacific Salt in pocket.

The all black pacific salt looks awesome. Whats your thoughts on the Ruger trigger. I have the LCP as a pocket pistol and just can't warm up to the heavy trigger.

These are my daily companions. Well, actually the Utilitac II pictured is usually changed out for any number of other knives, but the Gayle Bradley is always in my pocket.

Kind of hard to call this my "preference" as this is my only pistol and I have only had the knife for a few hours, but they are going with me tomorrow morning.

SA Champion and BM 710. The Champion belonged to my father-in-law. He was killed in a freak accident about 1 month after he bought it. His sons were very gracious and allowed it to pass on to me. It now faithfully protects his daughter.

My area? Let's see, I was kidnapped twice on the same year, half a block away from a police station, and that was in the safest neighbourhood in town. My house and my mother's car were shot up by corrupt policemen. I had to keep looters away with my shotgun during a power outage last summer (blackouts are common in summer). I could go on and on.

Even when at my ranch in the mountains, which is quite safe, I like to keep a few guns close by. Usually my GP-100 on my hip and either a rifle or shotgun in my saddle.

My girlfriend lives close to the Bersa factory, and a good friend of mine was the plant manager for a few years. How's it working out for you?
note to self, never move to Buenos aires. btw, do you own dogos?
CZ P01 and JYD II. The knife changes frequently but not the CZ.

Thanks!

I haven't shot the LCP so have no idea how heavy the trigger is but the LC9 isn't heavy so much as it is long. It took about 50 rounds to get used to it but doesn't bother me at all now and is a very accurate and enjoyable gun.

There are after market trigger bars that are reasonably simple to install. Supposedly they reduce the trigger pull by 30%. Have you looked into those?

On topic, here is my daily go to work carry.
G-19 and Commander is with me 6 days a week.
