it's dam funny how a person gets no response to e-mails and the day you threaten to post in good bad and ugly ought of a sudden the person reappears and answers your post

YOUR BOX RETURNED AGIAN IN MY MAIL THIS MORNING...
NOW...
INITIALLY, I SENT YOUR BOX TO YOU..AS WE BOTH KNOW..IT CAME BACK
"UNDELIVERABLE".. AND WE SIMPLY ASSUMED IT WAS INCORRECTLY ADDRESSED,
SO I ASK FOR YOUR CORRECT ADDRESS.. WHICH YOU GAVE ME, NOTICING THAT
IT WAS HOWEVER..CORRECTLY ADDRESSED..I FIGURED THE POST OFFICE JUST GOOFED.. OK...SO I RESENT IT.. SHORTLY AFTER THAT.. I WAS INJURED AND ENDED UP IN THE HOSPITIAL FOR A WHILE.. AFTER RETURNING HOME
YESTERDAY..AND SEEING YOUR PROBLEM.. I BEGAN SORTING IT OUT THIS MORNING.. YOUR BOX WAS AGIAN RETURNED "UNDELIVERABLE"... SO
UPON INQUIRING ABOUT THIS I DISCOVERED THAT IN MY EFFORTS TO PROTECT
YOU AND ME BY THE ADDITIONAL SERVICE THE POST OFFICE NOW OFFERS.." ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY" .. APPARENTLY
. WITH THIS SERVICE.. UNDELIVERABLE MEANS EITHER THAT
1. AN ADULT WASNT PRESENT, JUST KIDS
2. NO ONE WAS HOME WHEN THEY TRIED TO GET A SIGNATURE
3. THEY REQUIRED YOU TO COME TO THE P/ TO GET A SIGNATURE AND
EITHER YOU FAILED TO DO SO OR THEY GOOFED AND NEVER ASK YOU TO..
IN WHICH CASE..HOW COULD YOU KNOW....

SO....MR YETWRERP...WHAT WE HAVE HERE IS PROBABLY ONE OF 2 THINGS..
EITHER YOU WORK..OR PERHAPS YOU WERE OUT..OR YOUR WIFE WASNT HOME..

you say this was sent over and over and returned.i have explained to you many times their is no home delivery to my house,i live in a very rural area.i'm not sure how you shipped but it was explained to you to
ship usps priorty with confirmation.i check the po box daily and if
something had been delivered i would have gotten it.i have packages come in daily and people know me their and if something would have came in they would have told me.you want me to say i'm sorry for posting in GB&U-hell no-i warned you many times it would come to that
and you are the one to make my mind up.and you say you will keep the
LUDT if i don't,well i had to pay the guy for his knife so now it's my knife,so if you want to make yourself look even worse you just do that.and again it seems you forget to mention the benchmade 42 you also have.
 
I would not apologize for anything, but that's easy for me to say because it's not my knives you have.

I probably would not have utilized your services, based on what yiterp and others have said, but it's your post in this thread demanding an apology and an edit of yiterps post, that has convinced me 100% not to give you my business.

And it is one hell of a coincidence that you managed to get out of the hospital just in time to reply to yet another bad post about you in here GB&U.

Your whole explanation, from start to finish, sounds like BS to me, and if were yiterp, I would do whatever it takes to make you sorry you tried to extort an apology and an edit, but that's just me and I don't respond well to attempted extortion and ultimatums.
 
Hey darkman, your excuses have been used by so many others who try to screw people, that its not even funny.

To prove that you tried to mail his stuff, why dont you do this: Include in the new box, the flap from the old box showing postmarks and everything else.

I'm the one that posted a message on your forum. I haven't been back to see if you have left a reply but I'm sure it is as intelligent and witty as your posts.
 
I live in a small Town where everyone knows your business. I also get all my mail delivered to a PO Box. So when a USPS with confirmation required is delivered I not only get a little yellow card in my PO Box, but the folks who work in the PO tell me about it. There is simply no freakin way this package was sent to yiterp's and then returned back to you Darkman. That's simply horsesh*t and you know it.

Now, had you ACTUALLY shipped the two knives and then fell off a bridege and died instantly, how in the F*** would that have any effect on knives that you said had ALREADY been shipped, PRIOR to your injury?

Yiterp is one of those honest guys that do not talk sh*t cause they do not need to talk sh*t. if yiterp says you screwed him, well buddy, YOU SCREWED HIM.

Now run to your nearest Post office, pay the nice man or lady in US currency and ship the man his two knives. As a sign of good faith, make certain you have installed one very radioactive tritium dot on the LUDT and done all the "custom" work on the other.

If you mail it via USPS priority, Steve will have it in hand by Weds.

yep i get my packages the same way as ira.a yellow slip is put in box showing a package has arrived.i've even had a few things come that really did have wrong address but everybody knows everybody and i'll still get it.

as i said before i paid the guy for the ludt it is now mine.will i be threatend into saying i am sorry-no i will not-so you want to make this look much worse than it is by keeping the LUDT-that's your call.and again i ask why is their no mention of the benchmade 42 you have of mine.

If it's been returned as undeliverable twice, scan or take a photo of it and post it. Pretty simple way to tell who's telling the truth. BTW, Kinko's has scanners you can use.

WOW!!!This is really a big pile of crap!!!Let's say Steve does say he's sorry and delete's his post's.Now you ship his stuff back over night and he get's it and he's happy. Don't you think that all of this is going to be reposted and started all over. You are holding the man's property hostage until he say's he's sorry. That's a g-d dam bunch of 2 year old sh-t. It doesn't matter what happen's from this point foward. You have proven that you are in no way a honorable man and I would bet that your day's are pretty much done. I will take the liberty of saying sorry for steve and also I will say that I hope nothing bad came of your hospital stay. Do the right thing, and sent yiterp his knives, immediately.

If what you say is true about the P.O. screw up, you'll validate those claims either by scanning or photographing the box, with the P.O. cancellations.

If you cannot, or will not do this, it will further diminish your 'reputation', and substantiate the claims made against you.

We do not edit posts here at BFC, just because someone wants them edited. I'm sure yiterp will post something good once he has his knives back in his hands. This is not a requirement on his part.

Mr Lott, if this isn't resolved within the week, you will be banned from Bladeforums, and the reason we'll list for your ban is dishonesty, and theft by deception.
