Damascus - Modified fire pattern - custom sheath

Hey Mick, i am sincere. Jim was a maker new to me, so i took a bit of a chance spending my $175. i have a lot of custom FBs and the result is that my standards are ever rising, as one always tries to get a knife as good as the best you already have. usually $175 would not get me to that standard.
so i was very surprised when i received the knife, examined it closely, held it and cut a few things to try it out. it's as good as knives i had paid twice as much for, and better than any in it's price range.
but Mr. Moyer is a big boy, and i'm sure he's o.k. with "a deal is a deal". i paid him what he asked and have posted back here my honest enthusiasm, and even given a little free advice (for what it's worth !!).
i get the feeling Jim's biggest concern is that the buyer really likes the knife, not how much money he can get for it.
actually, i'm sure Jim Moyer is smiling as he reads this.
