Many of the telltale signs are there, but they are advancing steadily.

Can you give an indication of where this one is at without posting links?
I would hate for someone to unknowingly buy this.
 
the only thing I can see, having my 25 next to me, is that it doesn't have a screw next to the lock bar
 
It seems really good indeed. It will fool anyone who does not have any first hand knowledge about the Sebenza 25. Also, if the photos posted are a bit blurry and not as clear as this one.

I don't know what bushings are supposed to be used. These are flat bronze washers.
 
As a connoisseur of the 25, and with the good quality pics, I can spot tons of things wrong with it. There are several wrong with the packaging as well. But I can see if you have never had a 25, how this is MUCH harder to spot than the normal ones. I bet it feels like junk when you hold it.
 
Feels pretty good. The finish has a nice grippy feel. I believe the metal is titanium kind of a sandblast feel. The pivot screw is constantly loose. Can anyone post some closeups of a genuine model?

Woah, you got this thing??

How much did you pay for it? Did you report it as a fake and get your money back? i don't have any HQ pic, only an old iphone 5 so can't do much to help.
 
It was a gift knowing it was a fake. Curiosity. I don't carry it. I don't trust it.56.95
 
Yeah, the birthcard looks like it was printed, thumbstuds look off and pivot screw looks recessed.
