Seriously, though..
I had a plantars wart on the ball of my foot that wouldn't respond to freezing, cutting, anything. It hurt to walk, much less run, play softball, etc...
Duct tape, dude. I know it sounds rediculous, but that first reply you got is the best option out there.
Completely cover the wart and surrounding areas; I don't know exactly HOW this works, but I have read that it has something to do with keeping O2 away from the wart. It took about two weeks, but the thing just kinda "crumbled" off one morning in the shower.
Try it. Let us know what happens.
