Damn! Where did I put my knife.......

Hey Tony, thanks for posting those nice pics. I'm glad it worked out nicely for you. It's the first time I've made a blue knife! I just hope people aren't tired of seeing pictures of my knives yet:o

I don't think anyone could get tired of seeing them Bro.;)
I have to get another one of these.

I have several Blue handles Mora's. They show up good under certain conditions. However to Me, the orange still leaped out at me more. I really like blue though as well. It's my favorite color for most things. Cool knife.

Now you need a Project W to go with it. Best small fixed blade Ive ever owned.

Please stop:o Eventually I will have to send my daughter to college. I would hate to tell her that she can't go because Jake kept telling me how great this knife is!

How do you look at yourself in the mirror?

;):D:o

Bright blue is an excellent choice. I have (common in men) red/green color blindness and although I can see those colors, I don't see a lot of contrast between reds/greens/browns when they're together. Where I live, the fall colors include lots of bright orange maple leaves, so that's another strike against orange for me.

When hunting, I carry a roll of blue surveyors' ribbon instead of the orange a lot of guys carry. I can pick out the blue a lot easier.

I love the one knife of Ray's that I have. Great blades! Your blue handles are fantastic.

Stay sharp,
desmobob

This is actually a picture of Cristof working around the house:

Not that far off, but the beard is longer :D

Good stuff Tony and very nicely done Ray! I don't think I'm going to be able to fight the temptation much longer...:D

I've been watching the HWK+ for awhile now.

You could always just put a cord wrap on the handle of your knives or attach a lanyard. During hunting season I put a blaze orange lanyard on my knife.
I've even used green paracord with blaze orange bead strung through it picked up at the dollar store
You could do the same and just use a lanyard or beads that were of contrasting colour to the season

I agree with fortytwoblades. Very few things in nature are bright blue, and it stands out everywhere. I have always felt that it was better than blaze orange.

And Ray sure makes some nice ones.

I...can't...stop...looking.... :D

Seriously, that is one spectacular piece of work. Congrats Tonym!
