I just wanted to put in a good word for Darrel. I have an old but special EDC with a 52100 blade that I recently noticed had a tiny bit of blade play. The lock just needed to be tweaked a little. I emailed Darrel about it and he said send it in. We exchanged many communications during the process and he always responded almost immediately. The knife was shipped back on his dime and came back in perfect working order. Customer service like that and great products will keep me coming back :thumbup:
