And some more controversial lol
This would be a series of ads -
Perhaps a picture of some of the more stylized knives that are out there, blurred in the background slightly, with a classic 110 in the foreground.
Real knives don't have thumb holes. Buck the trend!
Here you would see a rugged looking man, flannel shirt, work boots, with a Buck fixed blade prominently sheathed at his side, standing up and looking at a kid with full mall-ninja regalia and of course the pseudo-combat knife he bought:
Real knives aren't made for "mall-ninjas". Buck the trend!
And the same guy at a flea market/swap meet with his trusty Buck in it's sheath, looking at a pile of old junk knives from assorted other manufacturers marked "Your choice $1":
Real knives don't end up in the pile. Buck the trend!

but the boss'es...
no one would question them!

all entries belong to ME and i give them to BUCK
so yes the advertising dept does see these most the time..
so why do i do this

My slogans and ad concepts are intellectual property that belong to me.
You can promote my ideas if you wish, but don't try to take ownership.
Like I said, if Buck wants to use anything......Chuck can shoot me an e-mail and we'll work something out.

the disclaimer and owner ship cause is jest in case of that
some how there may be some silly person that
thought a real advertisement by buck some how resembled
one that some one posted here..

this is the first time some one said they wanted to:
retain owner ship and receive compensation on a slogan
if some thing like theirs showed up some time in the future.

There's no liability issue.
If Buck likes anything they see here, I have no doubt Buck would contact the person who gave them the ad concept and work out some fair compensation. Who knows, it may have been done before this and we would be the last to know about it.
They are, after all, an honest, fair and reliable company.
The law is the law on this and deleting the posts would make no difference because they're already out there (and copied, dated and filed in both my computer and a witness computer so there could be no question of a misunderstanding in the future).

Intellectual property. Laughable.
