I have bought a several knives from them. Mostly ok except my huntsman came with hollow pins when I ordered, paid for, and the manifest said solid pins. When I cantacted them their response was they ordered thru a distributor and they only had the hollow pins, i.e. not their problem. I eventually sent the knife to BRKT to be re-handled. On some knives their prices seem considerably out of line with other on-line stores (especially Ontario RATS). They do not stock, so delivery is slow. I would not describe my experience as bad, but with so many other good dealers I haven't gone back. If they had access to a knife I could not find anywhere else I would buy from them again.
