David Beck W.S.K. vs. TOPs "TRACKER" round #1

Hey guys this is a great thread.Man the beck WSK is a gorgous knife I hadn't seen one well till now.(you guys took some awsome pics btw).
First off I love my TOPS Tracker,It just suites me.It will have to do for now cause I don't think there's any chance of me ordering a Beck WSK.The exchange would kill me. :( (stupid canadian dollar) :(
How much does it cost anyway??I don't even need a sheath cause I have a guy who makes custom sheaths for me.(built for my arm legenth, leg size ect)
BTW does anybody know if there's a folding verson of this knife out there? If not would anybody be willing to make one?Not a full sized copy keep the blade about 4'' or so.It'd be great for smaller tasks around camp.

Beck stopped making it a while ago. When he stopped, it was going for between four and five hundred a shot, depending on what options your chose in finish/sheath, etc. Beck versions on Ebay have been going for WELL over a thousand, and seldom come up at all. The other customs available from the makers mentioned in this thread run at and above Beck's old price, depending on who makes it and how fancy you get.

I've never seen a folding version, or anything even close.

Okay, WOW. I don't know how useful it is (which shouldn't be taken as a slur, it may be supremely useful) but I have to admire the grinds!

It's not mine, I just remmember seeing over at the Usual Suspects site, there are picvs if you click on the link.

Yep - the very first time I was introduced to the style...downhill from there. :D :p
