David Brown are you around?

Last week I received an order I placed on July 4th, so I agree with the 2 months behind comment.

The sheath was for an AK and was very well done.

If you've met Dave, you'd know that the last thing you'd want to be is one of his "problems":D

Dave, glad things are turning around. It happens. A favorite T shirt of mine depicts a cartoonish black and white picture of a gentleman being ran over by a train with the caption "This too shall pass".:D

I Just got A ruck and AK sheaths from BB last week.
It took about 2 months. They are very nice,
and my feet are safe.....:D:D
 
Still waiting on my AK sheath. Ordered in June. Was a flamer so I am sure it's taking longer to do. :)
 
Still waiting for a Fusion Battle Mistress sheath from April. I think I am going to cancel, since I bought a simple Dogfather sheath.

I hope things start going better for him.
 
I think someone needs to contact him. It seems he is holding several orders. All of who im sure already have paid. My last contact with him was August 20 after he had last been contacted due to this thread. He told me he received the MO i sent him and "will be getting my sheath out soon.":mad:
 
I had a similar negative experience early last year when sheathing my first SRKW/Busse purchase; it ended well but I just decided to take my business elsewhere and never had a problem since. Considering how well he is received by others here, I certainly didn't want to stir the muck; but since that time it sure seems like I am not the only one...

I hope he makes it well for everyone else.

FWIW I dealt with David Brown awhile back and got prompt e-mail returns and prompt shipping. Good in my book, but hopefully things will work out anyone not sharing the same opinion as me.

I decided to get a sheath from him due to his reputation of his past work. What is going on here is just terrible business practices. Especially since it appeared he was online and probably checked on this thread yesterday, but never made any attempt to clear up this mess or update anyone on his status. Two months for a simple sheath is just plain rediculous!!!:thumbdn:
 
Yeah, this whole "internet biz" based just on trust and faith.
I was decided to buy from David because of his reputation, and because he trusted in me and holded the knife for a few weeks. And till the point of payment his response was promt, and clear.
I even organized a friend from the US, to have a "CONUS" adress.
I hope this all is just passing by, and everything will sort out soon...
Or the post office is too far?!
Dave if making the sheat is a problem for you, now, than just send me the KNIFE...:rolleyes:...please.

this would be my second INFI...you understand my feelings, I guess.
