That's a fantastic looking set you have. I have one of David's chef knives and it is an absolute work horse in the kitchen. I have several other knives from David and they are very high quality made. I love working with David on knife builds as he takes the time to answer all my questions and he is great guy just to talk to. He is a true asset to the knife community. David is one of my favorite go to custom knife makers.
