Amazing.. I think that folder is one of the ugliest knives I've seen, but Mr. Mirabile creates something awesome from it anyway.

David is not happy with the way the handle feels and he knows if he's not happy I won't be happy either

So it seems that the handle needs palm swells .....more body to it

So the wrap is coming off and shaping of the handle will commence again

This it what making a finely crafted balanced user piece is

I thought the same thing about the handle it seemed to need a little beefing up to balance with that wicked blade
 
Blade indexing and fitting the hand correctly are imparitive in any tool especially a self defense piece

What David did here is to the eye and I'm sure to the hand perfect

By adding a carbon fiber Menuki under the wrap he has added a palm swell and filled out the handle and gave it indexing points

Not just because it's a piece that I really like the design of more importantly a great friend with the vision of what I wanted worked over time to make it perfect
 
Been following this thread for a while. This has looked awesomer and awesomer with each subsequent photo. Great job. Looks like a badass killer.
