Me too.:D
Man, my HIKV came on quick.

First time I was actually here when the DOTDs popped up and DIDN'T feel "compelled" to buy- I'm just watching. Maybe I'm over HIKV?

Nah, I'm probably just in remission...

Nice Sher Attitude though...I almost went for it.:)

I sent the email a few minutes ago for the Attitude. Lost two minutes talking about work stuff. Really keeping my fingers crossed!

I have the first copy of that "forward curving khuk" at 17.5" and 20 oz. It was sold as the Bura Special hanshee at the time. Cool knife.

Beautiful Movie model. And that Balance is very nice. I already have an older one by Sher but was tempted by this one. Very nice stuff!

Wow, that "Bura's version of a forward-curving khukuri" looks mighty nice. What is it based off of?

10 minutes late= hopelessly lost.

Hey, Norm, the Sher AS looks just like my Neem one... 3 oz. heavier. Nice cutter.

How tightly / loosely is it based off of a Hanshee?

I'm not an expert by any means, but this one could be rightly called a hanshee because of the heavy curve. Mine is a twin to this one but just 1.5" longer although it is 4 oz. lighter.

Looks like I got here too late as well. That Karda was calling my name. Still sharking for my first HI small knife, but I'll beat you guys eventually :D

**&^%$ it! Missed it _again_! I don't know how fast I have to be to get one of these. Interrupted at the perfect time after tracking it for an hour...

Where's Cabbit when I need him! :(

had to snicker at that one. :p

On another note, is it "okay" if I say I don't, uh, like a khukri? I know they're usually stunning, but I just don't love the look of those balance khukris. Is it just me or does anyone else feel likewise? Not that I'd turn it down or anything...

Have to say, though, that's the ONLY khukri I've seen that I didn't like right off the bat (which probably means that a seed of lust has been secretly and unknowingly planted within my soul, and 2 months from now, all I'll want is a balance khukri!).
