Great collection as always. That YCS sure looks like a monster! Got here late today, no new toys for me.

WOW!!!!! I just got out of 2 Meetings in a row at Work.

I smelled the Neem but was without a PC or Laptop.
The Neem on the BDC has a Crazy pattern :D

I think the big congrats go to top sharks of the day Daddydett and the Neem man! Can't wait to hear about them!

Good hunting guys, I'm gonna go outside and chop down a dead tree on my property with my Kumar M43. I'll be sure to take some pics of it in action.

thanks, you're a good man. It was really starting to bother me when Yangdu posted that it was still available, but I'm trying to save up my nickels and dimes for the next JKM.

You needed a new :p boot knife.

The HI Trisul has a design that grows on you. Like you, I didn't get one for many months; thought the hilt/guard looked funny. Finally got one last week. Figured I could grind it if necessary.... but it's not happening. Pagodas have little turned-up corners to keep demons from sitting on them; maybe the same design rule applies. Now I really like it.

When you see how it fits in the sheath, it makes sense. Super nice feel in hand. Mine's walnut but smells neem-ish...

Sweet (I think) put up some pix of 2-3 trisuls w/diff. woods; looked awesome.

I am in a better domestic position, however. Lil Bit loves knives more than I do. Smartest thing I have done was to give her a Sgt K.

Seriously, it went super fast, and it's Neem. That's all I need to know. :D

I have them in antler, chandan, satisal and horn and love them all, but that one was special. Got the 15" pen yesterday and a very nice sharp birthday present online in addition to that, so I am done for at least 3 weeks.

I figure I have the 14"ers covered, so am holding out for an 18" now. If that had been a big one I would have fought you for it. ;)

By the way, here is a pic of my early B-day present to myself (one month from today actually.) My wife was not too happy, but you turn 50 only once and I have enough socks and ties!

Harold Corby Custom folder, polished G10 scales, anodized liner lock w/ file work all around, polished ATS-34 steel. I spoke to Mr. Corby this week and he said he only made 10 of these. My third Corby, newest by at least 12 years and first folder from him:

Now I just need to score one of his 6-7" subhilt fighters and I'll be in hog heaven. I only get one of his knives every 9-12 months, so it will probably be a while.

That's a great YCS! It even has a non-chiruwa handle, just like Yvsa intended it to.
