Yup...

Got to find that delete thread button here somewhere...

email sent for the R6, ... simple and elegant blade, will fit perfectly in my kitchen :)

i would have fallen for the R3 and R4 if the blades were longer, i L.O.V.E. the handle shapes, and the once sided guard,

great new designs,

thanks!!

YES!
THEYMADEIT, THEYMADEIT, THEYMADEIT! (R7 Skinner) Woohoo!

Ah...me no money...:(

Some of those look suspiciously like Sarge knives with a finger choil already added. A great design just got a bit better.

Time to sing that tired old song: "If I only had the money..."

Dang, I knew this was coming but dawdled with email for 20 minutes. #3 and #4 (the R5 and R6) are outstanding designs IMO, and the prices are fantastic. Can anyone say "Schrade Sharpfinger" on that last R7 with the 3-in-1 handle? :D

Some interesting and time tested designs.

$60 YBB.

This is similar to the old BlackJack Trail Guide, which I believe was itself based on a Randall design. A fine design for the field.

And this one has similarities to the old Schrade Sharpfinger. Another design that has proved its worth with many users over many years.

i also thought about the Schrade when i saw the last one, like many of us did i guess,

interesting. lots of smaller blades now. mmm.

Email sent on the 7.5 inch 4 ounce R3. I hope I get it. I've been driving myself crazy recently seeing all these amazing knives go by and not being able to pay for any of them. Today I realized that I should be getting my income tax rebate back soon, the school year is also drawing to a close so I will be back at work soon. It came down to the choice between climbing gear and knives. These beauties were just to much to pass up.

Yes, I wouldn't say it has similarities so much as that it is a very good copy! Although it is a bit smaller than the Schrade I think. I really liked them all, but as I said the big R5 in the middle and the R6 with that nice sheath are really cool. (Managed to snag the R5, which is the last thing I should be doing right now, as I'm supposed to be freeing up money.)

That R3 would be a kind of a mini-trail guide for sure. The originals had a 4.5" blade of A2 and about a 4.5-5" handle:

Wow....those look great!

My favorite is the R5....:D :p ;)

I like that they all have retaining straps too.

I'm liking that R7 too.....and such great prices!

(need to get one of each!)

I hope we see a lot more knives like these
I just hope I see them first
