Dear Jerry...

I have a Question for Gorshi:
HOW do You determine which one to use, or at least fondle, when a task comes up? ?
I mean, do you have a 3-sided coin that you Flip?
They are Each More Beauteous than the others... (Yeah, figure that logic out, huh? Individual attributes displace the attention until the next is considered: rinse, repeat...)
Breathtaking, indeed. 🌬️
I like the one Nemo titled "No clue but it is pretty"
I haven't seen that one before. (Model, Or Title : -)
And I'm not a Guy that ever minds if a Mistress has humps in all the right places, as Nemo pointed out in an earlier post on this thread. Would Love to see those with their new pants on, Nemo ! 😜
👖

Can you tell me which models these are please?
Top down:
Forsaken BM
Nuclear Meltdown Fusion BM
Combat Grade Fusion BM in antique bronze cerakote finish - it was some special edition, though I don’t know how many of them was made.

Hey Climber. Honestly, it depends on my mood ;) All three are great blades. As a camp knife I prefer NMFBM. It is a little bit heavy to carry it all day. But it chops and cuts like hell. I love it. Maybe the best Mistress that was ever made. Mine is from the original run, so it is 0.25 thick convex grind.
CGFBM was my first Mistress and it is my go to blade for longer trips. Very sexy curves, lighter than NMFBM and also great chopper. I personally like antique bronze finish and how the blade changes with use. Yeah, it is still big knife but is capable to do all the lighter work I have ever needed.
My philosophy is that there is always better to have one big blade in the woods than bunch of smaller knives.
Forsaken BM is latest addition to my collection. It is a monster!!! I like how it fells in hand but we are still building our relationship 😃
All Mistresses are exceptional blades, so as are Steel Hearts. Love them all.

Here is some bushcraft with NMFBM. It works. ;)

Has there been an Anorexic Battle Mistress yet?
Bushwhacker Mistress… I wasn’t around for that one. Kinda wish they’d bring it back. Or bring back more of the Basic series, maybe a Revamped Basic series! Hmmmm….

BRB : Busse Revamped Basics
BRO : Basics Revamped/Overhauled
SBR : Skinny Bacon Reissues
LPCs : Lean Pork Chop series

🤔

Thank You, Gorshi!
On Your Description of your Relationship-Building with them Trio of Mistresses of Yours!
This exemplifies the Best part of Bladeforums...
I think David Boye -- Knifemaker & Craftsman of unique steel & cobalt materials for blades -- was the first to mention in his knife literature about the importance of a man's personal relationship with his knife. I don't think this is being sexist in the least. You can substitute Gal or Person there, but it's redundant.
...Searching... Yes, Here it is, at Arm's length, on my desk: In his literature that comes with his Boye Basic Dropped Edge Sheath Knives, Page 1, 1st Sentence of Paragraph 5:
"A personal relationship with a knife is important for a feeling of wholeness, and for a sense of security... It will quickly become an essential part of your life." Well Said, David, Well Spoken.

So your decision-making in using these Mistresses, it's as I suspected:

They are Each More Beauteous than the others... Individual attributes displace the attention until the next is considered: rinse, repeat...
It's not oft that I quote myself... But as the Meme has it: "Of course I talk to myself: sometimes I Need expert advice."
But seriously, that is a GREAT TRIO of MISTRESSES, Busse Bro' ~
1) What are the lengths on those blades? As they seem to be different from viewing the photo of the three of them.

I also appreciate the antique bronze and how such a blade changes its look with each use: A Great Quality, for it Perpetuates its Uniqueness...

When it comes to Sexy Choppers, I don't care how Heavy She is: I'm more than willing to carry Her; for I Know that if She can chop whatever I need chopped, She's worth her weight in Gold... Try getting that out of a human female: OOPS! Did I say that out loud? Shhh...!
Well, any fems on this forum are the *Rare Jewel Exception* to that snide remark; *Duly Note.*
(Nice Save, don't you think? Hmm...)

Further inquiry, as you commented:

As a camp knife I prefer NMFBM. It is a little bit heavy to carry it all day. But it chops and cuts like hell. I love it. Maybe the best Mistress that was ever made.
2) Why do you think that the Nuc~Melt~ Fusion Bat~Miss~ is the best ever made? I'm not doubting you, merely drawing out your reasons for my further elucidations... Enlighten Me. I always need enlightenment.

I personally like my NMFBM because it has very clean lines with “nuclear” treatment, excellent blade geometry - the convex grind, long blade 0.25 thick, smooth fusion handle. Bought it years ago from Knifehunter. It wasn’t cheap, but no regrets. It came with Chuddy Bear sheath so it is great set up.

Thank You for your Excellent, Concise & Rapid Reply, Gorshi !
A Busse that comes with a Chuddy Bear Sheath set-up is a Blessed Boon indeed.
Your Summary inspires confidence:
"It wasn't cheap, but no regrets."
Isn't that what Busse stands for? Never Cheap, But No Regrets...?
I remember one of the forumites back in the day had a signature line that said:
"Buy Quality and Only Cry Once."
I never forgot that;
I still use it as both advice to others and as a touchstone on about anything I buy these days...

Great to Hear of a Satisfied Busse Knife owner whose Not afraid to USE their blade as intended...!

Happy Chopping! 🔪🪵 🌲🌳⛺
