I don't sell 'em. I'm in the network operations center for a Baby Bell and provision multiplexers. I beg people at central offices and customer locations to assemble the multiplexers (think of Cisco routers, but much bigger) and then use light meter to measure the power of the lasers that transmit the data which will eventually be the customers' bandwidth. The folks I convince have one part of the pie; I have another; and then we let other folks sell the slices.

Not really. I'm usually thinking with my Terror Monkey. Only I haven't ordered one, so I have to use other things to think... :(

Nothing could be further like the truth. Still, I get to learn and play with the latest telephony technologies and beg an ever-increasing group of people for help. Didn't get that oppurtunity at the roast beef shop.

nahh... I have tried everything but beg (that comes soon when I call from home)... Atleast we know that Jerry is a man of integrity, who in the face of advercsity, stands fast to now release the folder because it is not up to OINK specs.. That my friends, allows me to sleep at night :D :rolleyes:
