There is nothing wrong with fish tacos, they're actually surprisingly good. There is a little hole-in-the-wall bar around here that has taco night. They do beef tacos, chicken tacos, fish tacos and even gizzard tacos. Yup, you read that right. Gizzard tacos! I like gizzards so I was sold right away, they're pretty darn tasty.
