Woot woot :)

Btw, we should do a Pulp Fiction and Reservoir Dogs night. I've always been partial to The Wolf.

Here is my 3 min routine that I am practicing for the Regional Yoga Asana Championship this Jan 15th. Still work in progress but hopefully I can pull off Full Camel (last posture) without screwing up.

Wish me luck!

Yes, that sounds cool. Anyone have a home entertainment system?

Wow! That is impressive!:thumbup::thumbup: Best of luck to ya. The Full Camel is crazy. That and the one where you support yourself on your fingers. I don't know anything about Yoga, but the strength, flexibility, and control you displayed is pretty bad-ass. Your core must be mad strong.

Yeah, that's what I'm talkin' 'bout :D The Wolf is bad-ass too.

wow.. that is impressive Ban... yoga is bad a$$, i wish i had the time/discipline to do it.. good luck man...

Yeah, Bikram Yoga is hardcore stuff...i did a 10-day session and I have to say it was physically and mentally the hardest thing I've ever done. And i was class athlete of the year at my high school, captain of my football and track & field team. I was in JROTC and competed against many other schools for physical fitness and would often times place in the top 3. I also made it into the 1000 lbs. club (bench press, squat, and dead lift) and did boxing/wrestling on the side. Still, NOTHING has been as tough as Bikram yoga. To hold a posture, transition from one move to the next, for 90 minutes, in a room with conditions similar to a sauna, is equivalent to weight training and cardio the same time in a desert.

I'm comfortable right in my cubicle, thanks!

Damn! Man! I didn't know that you were such a jock. Hell I was a badass in High School too. Just got kicked out of every single one I went to :p

Bikram Yoga is also the hardest workout I have done both physically and mentally. Its nearly been 2 years and I still die in that room every single day. The intensity increases as your body changes and improves.

The hardest 2 postures to do properly and gracefully are the first two in the routine. Standing Head to Knee and Standing Bow. I know guys that are super flexible and do all kinds of crazy shit but can't do standing head to knee. It is a display of balance, flexibility and strength all at the same time. I've been falling out of those 2 every single day for the past year and a half :D

Dam Ban that is some crazy stuff. No wonder your grind lines are so straight.

I didnt realize Huy was such a jock in HS either.

So whats on the menu for Sat? Im gonna bring some venison. I need to check out the freezer and see what else I got.

hahah college and sitting on my ass 8+ hours a day changes things...holiday grubbing doesn't help either haha.

It might sound crazy. I told this to Mrpink over a year ago.... Yoga has helped improve my focus and concentration immensely and it translates into better grinds. If you can endure 90 mins of hell and torture where your mind chatters with self doubt and wanting to give up then the small little bumps in life are very trivial. Really changed my whole perspective. Although I still have a very bad temper and low tolerance for certain things.

I think I will bring marinated short ribs.

Yep, add a little bit of age into the equation and it changes things even more.

Pulp Fiction and Reservoir Dogs at Mike's !

Let's do it :) I can try and get both in HD if Mike has an HDTV w/ HDMI and RCA audio ports (adapter for my laptop is DVI). If not, I have the Reservoir Dogs DVD, but don't think I have Pulp Fiction anymore.

I don't know what I'm going to bring yet. I was going to say brownies again....but with all this health and jock talk going on, I think I should look for something at least marginally healthier.... :D
