Death Chat!!

Spent the better half of the day cleaning up and re-arranging my grinding area.

TW-90 and KMG now sitting side by side ;)

Yeah the TW-90 tooling arm sits a little higher than the KMG. I had to make the table a tad shorter to make it fit me.

I also enclosed the side and back walls of the tables so that all the dust wouldn't get in just to keep things a bit cleaner. The front piece of plywood is just held on with magnets so that I can quickly remove it to get to my tooling arms and accessories.

Now I need to setup a good dust collection system.

Yeah, I thought that looked to be the case. Nice idea with the magnets. Looks like it's turning out to be good week for you so far :)


Smashed my the tip of my right index finger in a car door monday morning...typing without my right index finger is getting old.... :grumpy:

Damn, that sucks man. My left thumb is still healing from a hammer smash a week and a half ago when I was nailing cement boards for tiles. I must have nailed down 30+ boards with close to a thousand nails that day.

I crapped out looking for a stand for the grinder but I got you something I think you need, a track light setup.

The next time I'm over there I'll give it to.

Yeah tell me about it. The day before that I tore out the tile countertops with tile walls, removed all the cabinets, chiseled out all of the old tiles, and pryed out all of the old particle board subfloor, and existing old hardwood floor. The whole load was 2.5 tons when I went to dump to throw all that chit away. Just my brother and I that whole day.

the new grinder looks awesome!

the more i use my little grinder, the more i want to smash it into the ground haha.
 
A grinder upgrade is long overdue for you. You need to step it up man!

Gotta put everything back in. Replace it with new stuff that is....

New tiles, cabinets, recessed lights, granite counters, and appliances.

that must be fairly hard work no?

at least harder than what I do.... time to hit the books, exam this afternoon.
 
Hard work there Ban. :) I spend my time at work by night, 90% of the time in a recliner. :yawn:
