I will be busy this week helping my girl with getting a bunch of things ready for the new Yoga Studio grand opening. Will probably have little to no grind time this week.

BTW, you guys are all invited to the Bikram Yoga San Jose grand opening. There will be free classes throughout the day on Jan 5th-6th. Yes, there is one in Mountain View off of El Camino near Castro. The owner of Bikram Yoga Mountain View (Cynthia Wehr) was from Bikram Yoga San Jose. She was also the Female 2007 World Champion. You will be in good hands at her place ;)
 
My buddy Alan just posted some info on facebook for the Act of Valor (Free Screening). The following is a cut and paste of what he posted. I plan on attending so let me know if any of you are interested in going.

This is a free screening ahead of the release date of Act of Valor. But to get passes you have to register at http://www.gofobo.com/. You can only get one pass per registration. Use VIP Code: NA4EDQP3. First come first serve. You cannot buy tickets for this screening.

I invited mostly gun-folk in this event invite but feel free invite your friends/girlfriends/wives along. Just remember that the passes are limited and you need to register so do it quick-like.

Why?

It's a movie about the SEALs portrayed by the SEALs. All the seal characters are portrayed by active-duty Navy SEALs. Can't get more awesome than that.
