I must say, I kinda wish all us grab baggers would come together and hold off on selling until all bags are received. There could be some good swaps to be had. It’ll never happen, though.

It would be fun to start a FB group where all that were interested could post a pic of what they got but no trading could be done until all grab bags have been delivered. Then, let the games begin.

Looks a lot like Lacewood, but not quite. In Lacewood, usually the "laces" are lighter in color than the rest of the grain. Not sure.
 
Just cranked open my 1K bag. Couldn’t be more pleased with the Mentor. Looks to be some of that dyed burl that has been running around with a bone back and yellow liners. Too pretty to use (maybe) but definitely a keeper. I was a lucky piglet and got in on the cerakote run on the FMV, so I will probably be selling it shortly. Still super stoked with the mentor, that was one I sorely missed and couldn’t have picked out a prettier specimen.

You sure made out with that (what looks to be a) Spartan Worn FMV14!! I sure love mine!!! Congrats!
 
My package has been sitting on the ups truck the last two days. Didn’t realize they were sent sig required and there is almost nobody ever at my house. I hate sig required packages and the wait is no fun when I know they are here but can’t be delivered. Ugh

You can set up an account with UPS and waive the signature or pick an alternate drop off point...I chose between a CVS and UPS drop off store.

Edit : Ninja Boots, that is probably my favorite 1k bag so far. Kudos! If I had gotten that, I’d be changing my drawers. Heck, with Garth saying there’s at least one more spartan worn out there, I might have to wear my brown pants when opening mine.

No manipulation on the photo (the snow often throws the exposure a little south), but they are a tad lighter in person.

I have a ups acct and it never works for sig required packages. I have tried many times before. I marked to leave at cvs but nothing was there. Will check back tomorrow

Somehow my Busse shipments never even show up on my account, never mind managing them. Everything else pops up automatically, but nothing from Busse. No idea why, and somehow neither does UPS tech support. It always says I'm not the recipient.

Yeah there were a couple Spartans that made it out. Did you look at the blade? Couple had some blade mods done as well as the cerakote.
