  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Decon containers!

Mine is stashed in my motorcycle tool kit and holds spare bulbs, fuel filters and fuses.

Wish I could get more !! I use mine for my PSK. Great little container.

Some of the grunts I knew kept their cigarettes in them. Turned mine in upon discharge, never even opened it.

Wow. I really like those signal containers. They look like they would seal as tightly as an ammo can, but much smaller and lighter.

They do look cool, though they are 4 times the price. That and are made out of metal and are bigger. Both can be good things, though comes down to what you want. Might just get a couple of the decon cases.

Gah, both are sweet. I may buy a bunch of stuff from that site now lol.

So many neat things, so little money. Although I'm getting a little more work in right now, this has been a very bad year for me. Give me a few more jobs so I can make more money though, and those folks will probably get a fair share of it.

Lol, yeah. There are a ton of cool things on there that I could use, though not really on an everyday basis. Going to furnish an entire room one day with army surplus gear lol, though the stuff adds up quick. Good deals in any case.

Yeah, and that's the problem. So much cool stuff at good prices. I'm addicted to cool stuff.

"Hi, my name's Bob, and I'm a cool-stuff-aholic."

We used those things all the time when I was active. They work great for storing shaving and hygiene things, small survival kits, even a small camera case.

Where does one find you? where the heck have you been!

Military surplus stores, btw

Geocaching must be bigger here than I thought because I love these containers and neither of the local army stores have had any in three years. I had to drive up to the Kentucky border and find a surplus store by Fort Campbell to find any of them. Not a special trip or anything, just happens that's where I finally found some.

I've never seen those containers at the stores near me either, and I've lived next to large military bases for 16 years. Now you all have me getting container envy!

It helps to be near a base that does a lot of combat training.

im so excited right now cause my army surplus store has them and while the are $8 i still picked one up and im going back for more next week

I found some at Sportsmansguide earlier this year. They were in a pack of 5. Still haven't used them for anything.
