Deep carry / low ride titanium clips for Spyderco - Delica, PM2, Manix, etc. - Run #3

Hi fellas - I am a dope and forgot to re-order screws, but they are supposed to be in today so I'll get all the orders out asap. Sorry for the delay.

Casey

Casey you nailed the blue on this clip. It compliments my super blue Delica quite nicely. And now the pics!

New blue ano long on the Delica and gen 1 shorty with logo on the PM2.

And an in the pocket shot.

Thanks Casey this one is great!! And so is the original.

Hey Brian - the short story is I was accidentally sent the wrong etch solution, which kind of worked, but not well. Not well enough to mail out, anyways. So I am supposed get the new etch solution next week, and I'm hoping it works ok. I'm not sure if the logo clips can be anodized... I would think so, but I'll need to do some tests to see how well it works and if the color looks ok.

Thanks again for the great pics.

Mine were waiting for me in the mail today, Casey. I wasted all of about three minutes before I installed one on my CTS-20CP PM2.

Boys, these are the real deal. I say get 'em while you can. :) Perfect fit, perfect length, perfect tension, perfect ride height and Casey is a delight to deal with. Don't know what more you could ask for. Even the inside radius of the circle cut-out is nicely chamfered. Class act all the way around.

I'd take a picture, but these well used gray G-10 scales look like ass now. Maybe it's time for Tuffthumbz to finish what Casey has started. ;)

Thanks Bill, I really appreciate the kind words. I'm really glad they are a good fit for your CTS-20P PM2 (dang I'm hoping to find one of those!). Please let me know if you have any problems with it. My deal is if you tweak it, no matter how it happened, I'll replace it no cost.

Thanks again,

Casey

Kind words are easy to give when you don't have to make them up. :)

And that's a very generous warranty you've got working there, Casey. Though I don't suspect I'll run into any problems with a clip this well designed, I'll certainly keep it in mind.

Hey Fellas - I am sold out of the clips. Thanks everyone for your support! I am moving, but once I get settled in I'm hoping to do another run if anyone is interested. I also have ti BM clips in the hopper, with ZT, Chris Reeve, and Kershaw soon after, I hope.

All the plain or ano clips are shipped, with the last ones going out today.

For everyone who ordered the black clips or logo clips, I'm hoping to get those out this week. I'm supposed to get the black ones back from the powdercoater on Friday, and I'm supposed to get the correct ti etching solution from the California supplier this week so I can send those ones out, too.

Thanks again everyone, and if anyone has any problems with their clips, or are wondering when their order shipped, please let me know so I can make it right.

Casey

I don't know Casey if it was a such a good idea to get into making clips this good, look at the demand it started. Lovin mine and they didn't have any anodizing to them, great clips by the way. Martin

if anyone has any problems with their clips

I have a problem. I have about 50 Spyderco knives and only 4 of your clips. That means you are going to have to make a lot more clips. I wish that every Spydie came with one of your clips.

Thanks for a fine product at a very good price, and with unsurpassed customer service.

Got my clips today, and they are very nice! Excellent work.

For those with the Super Blue though, beware as noted above you will need to use the original screws as they are slightly larger than the ones that come with the clip so don't go misplacing them.

Casey,

Wow. My expectations were high from all of the photos and accolades you had already received. Actually seeing and using the clip just took things up another notch.

Well done,

Chris

Lol, thanks Todd, I appreciate it. I am moving from Idaho to Washington but when I get settled in I'll get some more going. Thanks again.

Thanks Camber, I did not know that. I appreciate the heads-up!

Thanks Chris, I am glad they are a good fit for you, and thanks for letting me know!

Casey
