I think only the first batch made in South Africa without choils, the laters are with clear choils, and more and more clear. In what year did the signature Sebenza sharpening choil first appear?
Please keep watch this thread, you will see another damascus he used in the earlier days, nothing about fancy but about history.Never knew he used damascus or did the blue anodizing on any knives that early. Amazing.
I love that, tooI really like the subtle/minimal design on No.69.
1. The original wooden box mostly offered to business partners or special friends in the early daysIs that a wooden box? Also, do the Sebenzas of that era have a manufacturing date stamped on the inside of the locking scale like modern CRKs?
I have been collecting CRK for nearly 10 years. Too many memorable moments, but especially in the process of searching and buying some knives, many people here know where I come from and the difficulty of importing knives.laizhekezhui
How long have you been collecting CRK's?
Any memorable moments other than the ownership of some of the rarest examples?
Nothing special, just plain lock side. Here are some videos on my instagram:Could we see the lock side on one of these? Very curious.
Thanks! I was expecting to see a pocket clip. Do you know when CRK started adding pocket clips?Nothing special, just plain lock side. Here are some videos on my instagram:
