A little while back I had a little trouble with a knife I had bought from KSF. Derrick heard about it and contacted me and was incredibly helpful. He even cross shipped so I wouldn't have to wait for them to recieve my knife so they could send me a replacement. Great seller and Derrick is a great guy that seems genuinely concerned with making things right and the customer happy with their purchase. Thanks again.

He sent me a check to cover my return shipping on a Queen folder that the manufacturer had placed in the wrong box. Not his fault, but he took care of it. That stuff matters. And I also try, where possible, to patronize vendors with "free" shipping. I know its not really free, but I appreciate not having the feeling that I'm getting hosed on shipping costs.

He tried to help me on a faulty BRKT as well, however it was the MFR fault and not his. Still greatly appreciated. Another time I did not like the knife I ordered (scales were not to my liking). I sent it back and he let me exchange it for 2 others of close value and took a hit on shipping and the $5 difference. To set Karma right I had to give one of the 2 away here. Great seller!
