Describe your vision of a S!K folder

I agree with so many of you guys on this topic...I do carry a small folder to work, but vastly prefer an EDC sized fixed blade at all other times. The GSO 3.5 is the absolute perfect size for this type of use...I wonder what I'll think of my Starter 4.1 (in red linen - woohoo!!) when it arrives. I'll put one of Chiral's danglers on it so it rides nice and low, though I'll also try wearing it the same way I currently wear my 3.5, which is upside down, off of either my belt or my pocket....it's super simple and makes for a very quick/handy draw. I wonder if I'll prefer the 4.1 or the 3.5? I suppose it'll depend on what I'm doing? I've also purchased several EDC sized fixed blades from various custom makers on this forum lately, and I've been having a blast carrying all of them, fun to switch it up. My latest is a an awesome DCL-Knives 7"OAL/3"blade in CPM 154 & Claro Walnut W/G10 pins....so freaking nice & fits my hand perfectly...it was made by a 17yo, Drew - and his Dad made the most amazing leather sheath for it...so quick shout out to that talented young man & all of the smaller makers on this forum. While I'd choose the GSO3.5 if I was told that I had to pick one EDC fixed for the rest of my life, it's fun to wear different blades too.

Brummie, I also prefer my knives sans fancy stuff that doesn't add to the cutting ability of the knife...all of those additions subtract from the product in my mind. Just give me a simple, well-designed folder with one of the best stainless steels available (CPM-20CV) and I'll be happy.

I do wonder if Guy will make the same folder in two sizes though...maybe a 4" or 3.5" and then a 3" or 2.75" model??

A 3-4 inch blade would be ideal. And if he made more then one size id be forced to buy them both. God forbid he do different colors... oh no I better start saving now!!!
