After playing around with a couple 16's today, I think that I am going to take off just a little more meat towards the front of the scales in the swell to make it feel a little better.
Still deciding if I should polish the blade a little. I think I might to make it match the handle.

Man I love this thing! lol
 
A couple cell phone pics of what else I did today. (I will try and get a good pic tomorrow.) Went ahead and slimmed the handle down a little more near the front palm swell and got most of the grind marks out of the blade. Also started convexing her a little.

I think I'm pretty much done with the knife, for now at least. haha. I always find a way to keep modding things.

Next up is nice sheath for her.


And Thanks again for all your comments and support. I really like how this blade turned out and glad you all do too.

And I hate to say it, but I think I'm gonna have a hard time using this one, at least beating on her and stuff, She is such a beauty. HaHa.

It does look good for the moment, but I am sure that once I start using it, that it will start to dull and form a patina. It's so hard to keep them shiny, especially if you cut food and meat.
I thought about putting a satin finish on it, but I just couldn't stop going up in grits. haha. I should have stopped at 800 or 1000 grit.
 
To be honest, part of me hates you for doing this, but the end results are definitely beautiful. Job well done! :thumbup:
