Well, the answer is actually very simple, anyone in their right mind(whatever that is) is going to load as many knives as gravitationally possible. If you take the number of knives produced by Camillus and divide it by the vertical strength of the vest, taking into account Dexters location in relation to the equator, of course relative humidity and barometric pressure will play a determining factor. Using the given formula: X divided by the square of the vest strenght added to Y to the tenth power (y being gravity) gives you the answer of 1853.093, give or take few.
