Did anyone receive the new Cold Steel DVD titled "absolute proof"?

I got the video in the mail with their catalog. I watched it but with videos like that you never know what is going on behind the scenes so I take it as more entertainment. As to AUS8 I found it to be a good all around steel while not the greatest it is not bad.
 
I just watched the DVD again.

Here is one of the outrageous things LC says:

Regarding the Rajah, "remember it folds...you can break it and if the lock should break ... you're going to get cut...maybe very badly... be reasonable in your demands."

How dare he! It's all marketing I tell you.
 
Wonder what happened to that one guy's eye? Hes the tall one with the goatee, was having fun laughing at his cheesy expressions after cutting some rope, til i noticed he had a bum eye. I felt bad then.
 
I've had a couple of CS products and have no complaints or issues with them. They aren't nearly as over-priced for Aus8 as SOG is on most of their knives.

To each their own. If you like, buy. It's your money and you should spend it how it pleases you.

I'd like to have my own knife company and have the time and money to do the stuff LC does, personally. :D
 
Threw it out without even viewing them. Not interested in Cold Steel knives unless someone gives one to me for free!
 
I don't give a damn what they do. I now own a CS American Lawman and Recon-1. Among BM, Spyderco, Kershaw, CR, CRKT, and others, they are among the best folders I own or have used. They can do anything they want. Yes, I wish they used VG10 or better steel. In the future I hope they release knives on-par or better than the two I own. I would probably buy them.
