Reading that makes me both happy and a little scared lol. Love the knives but often regret the pain I am inflicting to my account. I got 3 boxes inbound this week alone. Not complaining if they take their time on some of these. We need a lay away plan lol. I could just do a direct deposit to Busse and just cut out the middle man (bank) in all of this.
 
Just checked and I got dinged too. Black canvas on black blade. This one is slated to be a user. Might even strip it.

Yep I got a Rodent 6 as well as my first knife being it was one of the few that was actually for sale on the site. In many ways I prefer it over my TGBG. It is just about the perfect size imho
 
So, while I'm browsing this thread, I get my email that I've been dinged. How weird is that? Black and orange G10 1/4" Ratweiler headed my way soon!
 
Yes!/oh crap! Dinged today for tan/sage 1/4". I feel the Rodent 6 love as well. Great all around knife for me. I'll bet most of the custom shop ones are having the top guard removed. I've always liked knives with cross guards and my thumb is not bothered by them when I choke up on the blade.

They are regular offerings that haven't been discontinued (yet).

Unfortunately, no billing notice for me...but I think I might have waited until the weekend to submit the order for those. I can be patient - they'll get here.

Just got invoiced for my 1/4". That's two blades in 72 hours (Custom Shop Rodent 6 and now the Ratweiler). I lost my job toward the end of last year and can't really afford either of them, although I just started a new job last week, but there's a mountain of bills to catch up on as well. :confused:
 
I think I dinged my big right toe on something during the Superbowl. Its been completely numb since then. Or maybe with all the booze consumed last weekend I finally gave mys3lf diabetes or something.:confused: Kinda worried.;)

No ding on skinny.😭 This waiting stuffs killing me.

I ordered 2. Both satin finish with top guards removed. One is a drop point, and tan/ black G 10 with red liners. The other is satin with black canvas... Cant wait to see.

Desert sage blade, tan canvas micarta handle, red liners. I thought about getting rid of the top guard but the price was already spiralling away from what I was comfortable with (and even more so now) and I don't find the guard on my standard R6 to be an issue. Main thing for me was getting something with a slightly wider than normal handle.
