I can't help but think your talking to people who have mostly bought one already. I gonna buy 9 or 10 extra to sell to those folks that weren't around. Prices will be astronomical, money will be made.

I just had a guy contact me about doing an international sale. Yeah, he says, it's usually only about $20 to ship it to South Africa.
So I look it up. Not so, I says. For a knife this expensive, I need to track and insure, and shipping alone (with a track/ship option) starts at $27. Insurance and tracking are going to be extra.
Also, I pointed out that I would have to list the customs value the same as the insurance value to cover my own behind as a seller. Cricket noises ensued...
Then out of the blue a while later, he asks if I can ship to a friend in the U.S., who will relay it on.
Sure, I says. If the friend wants to pay for it. If there are any issues, I'll need to show PayPal that I sold and shipped it to the ACTUAL buyer--not to some address out of thin air. Crickets again...
If it were a $100 or less knife, I might do it. But we're talking about a $350 Busse. Sorry. Not taking chances with my money.

I was quoted $40 for shipping (USPS) to Canada by Ka-Bar when I placed my order.

The first 25 were led to understand that they'd ship on Monday of this week. Everyone else who had a code by that time, understood it would be Tuesday or thereabouts I think. If they were a late-comer to signing up, I have no idea, but I would guess it would go out within a business day or two of placing the order.

I'm still waiting for my confirmation code. I've been away on vacation for a few weeks now and I finally got a chance to get back to the forum. I missed out on quite alot. Especially being the BK-10 fanatic that I am. I'm excited :)
 
nothing today........I think I'm gonna have to have a talk with my neighbor (since he is my UPS guy) and bring the 9 with me to make sure the he drops off the box from KaBar first thing when he gets it. Or he'll find the heads of 8 tiny reindeer in bed next to him. hahahahaha




OH wait wrong guy.....maybe 8 boxes with chocolate syrup in them next to him. muhahahahahahahaha.....I got nothin.
