Discount Knives

Hi All,

Just thought I would drop a note of praise for Brian and Discount Knives. Brian took the
time to tell me about the different knives I was interested in, and help select a sharpener. It was a pleasure to business with someone who was knowledgeable, professional, and willing to extend himself.

My Pioneer II came today. I appreciate the quick three day delivery. The sharpener is due in next week and will be sent sans shipping charges. Cool!

If you get the busy signal, he is giving another customer the same great service you’ll get when you get through!

Just wanted to drop my 2 cents in. Brian is, indeed, a great guy. I now have a new Spyderco Starmate plain edge because of him. He followed up on my package when UPS screwed up. Now if only I could get through by phone.

My luck with Brian is not so well, whenever I emailed him about any questions, he would seldom respond and only respond if it were a complaint about my order. He also failed to tell me one of the knives I ordered was on backorder.
